Revenue Visibility Review · £595 fixed

Can you answer a basic customer question without asking three people and opening four systems?

CRM may have one piece. Delivery has another. A spreadsheet has something else. The question is whether anyone can see the whole customer story without rebuilding it by hand.

What I need

A list of the systems you use is enough to start.

Company name and website. The systems you use. One line on what each is used for. Optionally, two or three reports or screenshots.

The review includes a 75-90 minute management working session and one targeted stakeholder check of up to 30 minutes if needed.

No admin access or architecture diagram is required for the first review.

The real question

Not whether the systems are integrated. Whether you can get a straight answer.

Systems can exchange data and still leave people piecing the answer together manually.

01

Can you trace the same customer across commercial and operational systems?

02

Can you see what changed commercially, not just which activities happened?

03

Can Delivery see what Sales or the customer relationship actually committed the business to?

04

Can management see what happened after the deal and what that means for the next commercial state?

05

Can these questions be answered without opening another spreadsheet, arranging a meeting or asking the person who always knows?

Written deliverable

Revenue Visibility Map PDF.

A written map of what the business can already see, what it cannot, and where the answer gets lost.

Visible

What management can already see reliably.

Missing

What management cannot currently explain or recognise.

Where the story breaks

The point where the answer stops being visible and has to be reconstructed manually.

What fills the gap today

Spreadsheets, meetings, owner memory or the person who knows.

Priority

Which missing connection matters enough to address first.

Intervention

Process, reporting, CRM, integration, data capture, development - or no change.

CRM logic

Pipeline-led and relationship-led businesses lose visibility in different places.

A pipeline makes a possible commercial change explicit. Relationship-led systems can hold rich history while important changes remain implicit in notes, activities and owner memory.

Vendor-neutral

I do not start by recommending new software.

Sometimes the tools are already enough. The missing piece may be a definition, handover, report or Management View. Configuration or integration comes later if justified.
